University Staff Council
About Us
The University Staff Council (USC) is a shared governance group officially recognized by 糖心社交 to be an active participant in institutional governance, including the immediate decision-making and policy development at 糖心社交. This is in accordance with Universities of Wisconsin, which extends the rights provided to other groups in Wis. Stat. Chapter 36.
The USC focuses on the formulation, review, and representation in the development of, all policies and procedures concerning University Staff members, including University Staff personnel matters.
The USC may make recommendations, consider proposals, and raise concerns to institutional leadership. This includes identifying representatives for campus committees and bringing issues from the University Staff’s perspective to the forefront for broader consideration.
